any ideas why during installation of fedora core 5 it says i have to install in text mode.. what could it be that determines between text or graphics mode......

    Red face installing in graphics mode

    any ideas why during installation of fedora core 5 it says i have to install in text mode.. what could it be that determines between text or graphics mode...

    Graphics Card and Monitor.
    install in Text Mode and set/configure display settings after installations.

    at boot: prompt type 'linux text' and install FC. after installation, login as 'root' and execute this
    Code:
    system-config-display
    configure display settings and type 'startx' to launch GUI.
