Big problem, help!
Ok this is the scenario here. I have both PCLinuxOS and WinXP running on one PC. I use windoze very seldomnly, only when I play Counter-Strike Source lol. Anyway I had BitDefender 10 on it as my anti-vir/spyware/spam. Had no problems with threats for months (probably because i don't use win much) anyway I decided to install a seperate firewall since bitdefender's doesn't work (reason being I cant access the web if the firewall is turned on). So i searched for an alternative. I got to this application called "Tiny Personal Firewall".
Tiny Personal Firewall was rated well and it was small and I didn't want something major or something I had to pay for. So I downloaded it and disabled both BitDefender's Firewall and Windoze firewall. I installed "TPF" and then it prompt me to reboot. I did that and since I couldn't get back into windoze. It gets to the loading point and then suddenly gets a blue screen flashing for half a second and then it reboots again. I tried booting it in safe mode as well.
My only option is to maybe try and re-install windows. Since my most valuable apps are on other HDD's anyway I won't lose anything, BUT, if I re-install windows will it remove my GRUB loader ? If so is there a way to get it back without having to re-install Linux? I really don't want to be doing over my whole comp just because of some stupid firewall screwing windoze.
Please help...

Windows re-install will erase GRUB. you have to re-install GRUB too.
after installing windows, boot up from PCLinuxOS CD and execute this code in terminal to re-install GRUB.
dont change partition structure during windows installation.Code:grub-install /dev/hda
casperIt is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Managed to do it without re-installing at all. Booted from last working state and removed the firewall.
