    problem installing usb modem

    I've just attempted to install the modem driver for the sagem f@st 800-840 on Suse10.0 and got this error message

    eu_main.c:1: error: -mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 is not between 4 and 12

    how do I set the mpreferred-stack-boundary, I dont even know what it is

    That would be great, although i'd rather have it on Suse if no one can tell me how to do it i'll try on Mandriva
