Ok,people i'm really desperate with my modem,i cant connect to internet.Even worse,when i query modem it's says "The modem is busy",or KPPP freeze when i select ttyS2 cause in WinXp ...

Drivers for modem..
Ok,people i'm really desperate with my modem,i cant connect to internet.Even worse,when i query modem it's says "The modem is busy",or KPPP freeze when i select ttyS2 cause in WinXp port is COM3.So i need drivers for following modem:
Agere V.92 Data+Fax Modem Version 8.30
driver installation help would also be great because i'm really noob at all this stuff.Thanks
