    Installing Themes and more

Ok, I'm trying to figure out this whole Linux thing. My dad REALLY wanted me to try linux so he set up my laptop to dual boot windows and KDE... I was trying to install some themes and I read through the how to install software thread and I actually started to get somewhere... I tried configuring and I got this error:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

What does that mean?? What should I do? this was the theme I was installing:

also, do you have any links I could read about KDE? All the basic stuff put in normal terms would be nice. I have no idea what I'm doing really and my dad isn't always available to ask...

You need to install the qt3 devel and the kdelibs devel packages if you want to build kde applications and themes from source.
