Best linux distro for me?
I'm not quiet a newbie to linux but close enough. What I'm looking for in an OS is speed and wireless ablility. I'm running Ubuntu on an old old computer (600MHz) and I'd like something a little faster, maybe smaller. I also have a lot of problem working with my wireless internet (it drops) with ubuntu so if a distro works well with wlan that would be nice.
What think you?

Welcome to the forums, malfist!

Take a look at the FAQ link in my signature. Read over that material, decide on a distro, and then post a new thread should you have any problems with it. The truth is, none of us can really decide for you which distro you'll like the best.
Hurry back and let's discuss the distro of your choice.

Please read the link in my signature regarding distros.
The wireless issue is most likely resolvable on Ubuntu (or any distro for that matter). If you like the Ubuntu setup (apt, hardware detection), try Xubuntu.Looking for a distro? Look here.
