Firefox bookmarks as a web resource

I do work from multiple locations on various computers and want to keep my bookmarks synchronized in such a way that I can access them from any one of these computers. Does anyone know of a web-based version of firefox bookmarks, and ideally, a way to synch them with the various computers?

Also does anyone know exactly where in a Linux install that Firefox keeps its bookmarks file and if not "bookmarks.html", what the file is named?

    TIA

    Code:
    ~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxx.default/bookmarks.html

It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
