Need help with wireless network

Hi all.

First of all, i need to make something clear, i just installed my first distribution of Linux, Ubuntu 6.06. Ive got some knowledge of it, but not lots.

Second, ive got a Wireless Belkin USB device. Ive read a thread in this forum about a guy with a similar problem, but didint understand a thing. One thing i did understand, and that is that i need to download some kind of wireless tool, and pcmcia, this i did.

Now to my problem, i cant find an "installfile" anywhere. To proceed with this guide some guy at Belkin made (how to config a driver to linux or whatever) he made it clear that i need to install both programs.

how do i proceed from this point?

Sorry if i forgot to tell you something, but please, make it "newbie safe".
