how to clear the quota usage

hi all,

i hv cleard user mailbox so there shud be no mail in inbox,but quota usage
is 4.3MB of 20MB,there is no mail in the mail box,how is it,
pls tell me the solution to clear dat display.

What about other files on the partition owned by the user? Try to do a

find /partition -user username

This will show you all files on the partition owned by username. Maybe this can tell you what is taking up this space.
