    Yes I'm a NEWB - but I know how to search :D

    Hi guys.

I have enjoyed reading thru the forums the past few weeks. I have been playing with Linux for quite some time.

Currently I have loaded Ubuntu and Mandriva Free. I do have some questions I have not been able to find any where. Even with searching google.

I have an Aircard thru Alltel. It's made by Kyrocera I have not been able to find any linux based drivers for this. When I search in google I can only find people using phones for the data connection. This card is much faster than that and I would love to use it.

I hope I don't get flamed to bad for asking about that. But hey maybe someone else is looking for it as well.

    Seen this?:"Aircard + linux" at http://www.cellphonehacks.com/viewto...790f25d2a012bd

Madwifi suggests it has an Atheros chipset.

I had searched yahoo and google looking for this.

Also downloaded two more versions of Linux last night. Looking to try them out as well.
