    Well I don't know if I should laugh at my stupidity, or cry. Here is what happened, the keyboard I am using is an old laptop, I bet you will never guess which key just happens to be missing? I was thinking it was a special command to make this key...DOH!

    I figured it out when I looked at another machine and saw what was above the "\" key.
