    Disk partitions


    I would like to change the partition sizes on my RH server. The problem is I can not phisically get to the server.....Can this be done remotely (telnet) using fdisk or something....on the fly so to say??

    Changing partition sizes can certainly be done over telnet or (preferrably) ssh; just use fdisk as usual. The problem is that if there are file systems on the partitions, they have to be resized as well. Luckily, I've never had to do that...
