i have dumped the files on my hard disk please i need a step by step approach to installin

You mean you have dumped the installation files onto the H.D? Do you not have a CD drive? Can you provide some more details?

ireally tank u guyz 4 ur time i was able to dump d files on d hard disk with an usb device. its sold here ( i had 2 unscrew it thou)
