I'm not sure where this should be but I don't know where or what I can download to burn bootable CDs. Can I get some help?

what type of Bootable CD? all .iso images are bootable by default. select 'burn image to disk' option in any CD Burner package.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

I'm not sure, I'm trying to make a live CD, but the default software that windows XP provided doesn't let me create it.

which software are you using in Windows? if its Nero, click on 'Burn Image to Disc' option in it and select .iso image.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
