    Can't boot into Ubuntu

Hello. Recently I've been playing around with ndiswrapper trying to get my wireless adapter to work (never did get it to work) and now I can't boot into linux (I have a vista/ubuntu dual boot). In the middle of the boot process it freezes up. When I try to boot Unbuntu in recovery mode it gets to "configuring network interfaces" and freezes. Can I somehow use the Ubuntu live cd to fix my problem?

Have a look at this page, particularly the bit under "Xubuntu CD". Presumably all of the *buntu live disks perform similarly. http://www.penguin.ch/dokuwiki/doku.php/buntu:intro
