It certainly possible, but I would urge you to do a clean install so that all the junk from the development releases is completely removed from your system. If you really want to do it,
    1. remove your development urpmi sources by doing
      Code:
      #urpmi.removemedia -a
    2. Go to easyurpmi and setup the main, contrib, plf and updates repos for the stable release
    3. upgrade the system by doing
      Code:
      #urpmi --auto-select --auto

Its also possible, but like I said above, a clean install is probably better. If you still want to upgrade from the factory release to the stable release, then go to YAST -> Software -> Installation Sources and remove or disable the factory repo (and the cd/dvd source if its there). After that add the installation source of the stable openSUSE release. Once thats done, go to YAST -> Software -> Software Management. In the filter box, select "All groups" and when the package listing shows up on the right, click on a package and select to upgrade all from the list if an update exists.
