doesnt come up....it goes to a black screen with an arrow on the bottum of browser and
like it says cant read...

Explain, in as much detail as possible, exactly what you are trying to do with as much detail as possible.

@MasonM: I think the problem is that when going-ghost clicks the link to download the RPM file (presumably from here), then the download dialogue box doesn't appear.

@ going-ghost: The problem could be the file association. RPM is also the file extension of some RealPlayer Media files. A better option would be to right-click the link, and choose "save as..."

And also, yes, it would be a lot better (for everyone, including you) if you were more clear about what you are doing, what you are trying to do and what you think the problem is. Too much detail is much better than not enough.
It means that we can help more effectively.
