If you download the source, I believe a changelog is included with that.

Pathetic or not, I use a dial-up connection, so for me to download the source for a particular version to see the changelog is a little bit impractical. I'll guess I will have to keep looking...

If you go to www.kernel.org (I think thats the site), they have complete changelogs for just about all of the recent kernel releases. The reason you might not have seen it there is that the changelog hasn't been compiled or somesuch, so if you check back later it'll probably be there.
