Best distro for this PC

What is the best distro to use on this computer or should I use win 98 on it?
PC:
Pentium 200Mhz
128mb ram
3gb
Distro should work fine and quite fast and I it should be a easy distro, because old people are going to work with it.They want only that they can watch pictures form cd's and use the internet maybe.
