Do you plan on installing it again? If so, you can delete the current Fedora partition then and create a new one for the new installation.

boot up Windows Vista and open its Disk Management Tool. delete partitions marked as Unknown. Vista wont boot up after deleting Linux Partitions. you have to re-install Vista Boot Loader.
you can use GParted LiveCD to delete Linux Partitions. It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Boot up from Vista Installation DVD and select Repair your Computer (its below Install Icon). Select Windows Vista -- Command Prompt.
Execute this
Close command prompt window and restart machine.Code:bootrec.exe /fixmbr bootrec.exe /fixboot

When I am in vista on management and delete the linux partition. It say " The selected partition was not created by Windowes and might contain data recognized by other operating systems. Do you want to delete this partition?" So should i click yes? and then re-install Boot Loader afterward?
