Recently I sent my entire 36,643 item tmp folder to the trash bin and then created a new tmp folder. I also discovered about 600 items in the cache folder that I also sent to the trash bin.

The other day i came across an article about triple booting and saved it to my home folder. Yesterday I also saved a couple of articles to my home folder. Today I made a strange discovery.

The triple booting article was indeed within my home folder; however a new folder was created containing all of the advertising mess that came hidden within the article. The same thing happened with the other articles I saved with showletter folders being created.

Now this might appear to be a bad thing to most people but to me it is a blessing. I can now get rid of this junk every day from my home folder instead of having to search the maze of files I have looking for this stuff.
