Post Automatically doing archiving and compressing

I need to be able to do the following and I have no idea how.

Work (hon1pc223) - Once every 10 minutes, the work computer will automatically archive and compress (/home). It will need be be named homeback or backuphome and it needs to be located in /backup. Only the store computer will be allow to access the backup directory over the network and will have R/W access/

Store – Once every 10 minutes, the computer will automatically mount the work computer’s /backup directory using NFS and copy homeback to the directory /storage/hon1pc232 (this is the name of the work computer. Lastly, it will unmount the work computer). I do not want to override any backups so each will need a different name.

    yes and no.

The backup part os the homework, but the part about doing it every 10 minutes and then the store changing names is for work.
