Upgrade to Fedora
Hello all,
Could I have some ideas about the difference between Fedora and Red Hat Linux, are they similar or completely different ?
If I'm thinking to upgrade my current RHL to fedora, could I keep my current RH settings or I need a clean install ?
Will this be worthy to do the upgrade ? Could someone give me an idea on this ? Thanks
Best regards

Fedora is more bleeding edge than RedHat hence more unstable, but stable enough to be used on the desktopCould I have some ideas about the difference between Fedora and Red Hat Linux, are they similar or completely different ?
I would recommend a clean installIf I'm thinking to upgrade my current RHL to fedora, could I keep my current RH settings or I need a clean install ?
It depends on what you are looking for, if you are using it on your personal computer it should be a worthy upgrade since you will get newer software versions and better hardware support for things like wireless, etcWill this be worthy to do the upgrade ? Could someone give me an idea on this ? Thanks
If you need a rock solid server, I can't recommend Fedora since it may run unstablePut your hand in an oven for a minute and it will be like an hour, sit beside a beautiful woman for an hour and it will be like a minute, that is relativity. --Albert Einstein

I'd recommend the clean install as well.
