    vpnc failed to connect

    Dear All,

I posted the similar topic in "Networking", however no one replied. I am wondering if I can get some help here.

I installed "kvpnc" and "vpnc" and try to connect to our school intranet.(The school is using a Cisco VPN client). Here is what I did:

    1. run "kvpnc" from the terminal

    2. after the window is open, i imported the "school.pcf" file , selected " decode pre-shared secret" in kvpnc

    3. after "school.pcf" is imported successfully, I try to connect. The "group password" is already there , I only need to type in my user name and password

    4. However, the connection is not successful. It shows me "loading of module "tun" failed.

What I did wrong? Does anyone have similar experience? thanks!
