Question DSL Problems

Hey, guys.
I have DSL booting from a 1GB USB stick, which is partitioned to /sda1 and /sda2. /sda1 holds the distro itself, and /sda2 holds all my files - in my persistent /home and /opt directories. Now, when I boot DSL, I type this:

dsl fromusb home=sda2 opt=sda2

DSL runs okay, but the wallpaper doesn't show, and MyDSL doesn't work. Are there other things I need to make persistent?

Thanks.
