any zen walk fans ?

I have the newest zen walk on a cd i got out of a magazine, I'm giong to replace puppy with it on an older dell laptop...puppy worked o.k from disk, but had major issues with hd install. just wonder if any one uses it.

I've used it but it's probably been about 4 years or so since I last installed it. I liked it pretty well overall, but the default package tool that came with it at the time was pitifully slow. They've probably improved it by now, though.

I ran it for a few months. Liked the speed of Xfce in it. Also Liked the feature where you could boot into root Desktop. Took me awhile to figure out snapshot in Netpkg. Like Ozar says it is a different animal; You can look at my thread below;
