KDE on Windows shell problem
I would like a offline installer or at least plasma.exe and plasma.dll and maybe if needed config.txt
as I want the shell really badly on my IBM Thinkpad T30 with Vista lite sp2 that has no working ethernet (no possible way and Xubuntu with XFCE, Fluxbox, Gnome, Edubuntu addons and
KDE but I want KDE really badly (the shell the most) on vista.

I don't think there is an offline installer for KDE on windows. You could contact the project and ask.
