Help!
I am a complete newbie at this forum. I need members of the Linux Forums to help me with this problem. I need to find a Linux that is able to access C drive and has the function to copy files from the C drive to a removable disk (for example, a USB). It also needs the function to access and copy shared SAM files and it needs to be a Live CD.
So to summarise I need a Linux that needs the following requirements:
- Access and copy files from C drive to a Removable disk
- Needs to be a Live CD
- Needs to be able to copy shared files among the Windows Server 2003
Thanks for the help.

Any LiveCD should be able to do these things, although you might have to install a few things to read/write NTFS. Some LiveCD's support NTFS right out of the box. Sabayon is one, I'm not sure which others do.

Knoppix is a vey good Live CD/DVD version which configures most of your hardware perfectly and also mounts your drives automatically
you can find a tool called Captive NTFS in utilities menu of Knoppix
check this webpage about Computer firstaid using Knoppixlife is the greatest opportunity that the nature had given you
