Looking for Linux Live CD with built-in firewall (not just iptables)
Does anyone know of a Linux live CD distro that includes built in firewall? I am not familiar with iptables, so need something more plug- and-play. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

This looks good, though I haven't used it. I use IPcop with my old crappy computer as a gateway.

OH, i'm sorry. I misread your post. Anyways, I know Knoppix-STD, PHLAK, PUPPYLINUX, UBUNTU and DAMN SMALL LINUX all have decent built-in firewalls, but I've mainly only worked with security based distros. Those are some suggestions, but I'd wait for someone else to suggest on befor you take my word for it.

if you are looking for a distro which is secure and which implements firewalls in a strict way take a look at
