and now freespire and of the three all i have to say is wow freespire is great just one question how much different is ...

I've not used either but I suspect the same difference as between SuSE and open SuSE, in that the paid version gives customer support along with things like flash, java and mp3 support already installed, whereas the open or free version does not.
You can install those things yourself, but it will take learning, Googling and some terminal experience to get it done. But hey... you'll be learning Linux and to me that's always a good thing.

The desktop is cool! Wish we could request free CDs like the Ubuntu family!

Does it come with lots of software as it is a derivative of Ubuntu? Are the repositories Debian based?

You are too much ambitious. Once you have Freespire, there is no need for going about for Linspire. When I saw the Freespire desktop, I wished I had one!
