Someone posted this a while ago on the HS forums, THE COMPLEAT COMMENTED SOURCE CODE FOR A GAME FOR THE SPG290!!!! Once the firmware for the HS is dumped, the game can probably be ported to the HS!

i asked and they swear its completly abandoned,"we here at mettel are no Longer suporting the hyper scan in any way"
here and damn near all over the united states the law is:
if the system is no LONGER being made the copy rights to such software are
void.

the only thing that would stop it would be IF they ported the games AND cards to another system being MADE still.
it was deemed this BECUSE fu<k face NINTENDO Kept trying to get people on 100 year copy rights for NES games in the form of "Roms"
