    Well that is a tall order for a 50meg operating system, but amazingly the answer is probably yes. but you will have to do some work to get there. you will likely have to write a script that executes a program when a particular sound is played..or add a program to do it. I have not got that far.. but it is interesting..maby this link will help with your quest.
