I would suggest you to post output of sudo fdisk -l command before installing Windows OS.
* Its small L in fdisk -l command.Code:sudo fdisk -l
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Dual booting
Thanks for the prompt reply. I will install Win98 on first partition (of course after formatting) and then Mepis on the second partition. Is that OK ?
Meanwhile, after activating Tux racer game in mepis, I do not find the cursor on the screen to select various options. How to resolve this ??

Yeah,Thats OK. Windows likes to be 1st. As far as Tux racer I don't play games so maybe somebody else can answer you on that one. I am giving you a link thats an interesting read on Mepis and its features with screenshots.
