Hi all.
here are the exact steps i've taken. I have the broadcom driver in
/home/binodbdrchand/SRC/NIC/NIC.tar.gz

cd /home/binodbdrchand/SRC/NIC
tar xvzf NIC.tar.gz
cd src
make -- gives me error right here

*Console Output******************************************** *************

gcc -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -DDBG=0 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -06
-I/lib/modules/'uname -r'/build/include -c -o b44um.o b44um.c
cc1 : /lib/modules/2.4.36.4/bin/inclue : Not a directory
make: ***[b44um.o] Error 1

************************************************** **********************

I tried creating the directory, /lib/modules/2.4.36.4/bin/include, but still had no luck.

Help will be appreciated.
