Hello!

I've just installed LinuxMint 5 and have a small problem.
When it starts up I can use the mouse as normal, but when its finish loading and is ready to go, the mouse works for a few seconds and then stops.
It works also in the "Shutdown" menu, strange!

I typed "dmesg" in terminal and LinuxMint found the mouse on the USB port etc, and then I took it out and then plugged it in again and wrote dmesg again. Now it stands that the mouse is disconnectet. The red light under the mouse wont work either. Just blinks when I plugging in the mouse... ?!

It works fine with a PS/2 adapter but not in WinXP (dual-boot) so I want to use USB.
