How to install flash player for Damn Small Linux

Hi all. I am running Damn Small Linux and want to install flash player in it. I went to this site :Adobe - Adobe Flash Player and downloaded the ".tar.gz for linux" file. The file name is "install_flash_player_10_linux.tar." and it is saved in :/ramdisk/home/dsl

But i don't know how to install it.Could any one tell me the steps to install the flash player for firefox that comes with Damn Small Linux.
