Mouse wheel not working
ok, I'm pretty sure I can fix this by just adding zaxismapping 4 5 under X11 config but I would like to be sure, and also make sure there isn't another possible way. I would like to get my mouse wheel working, everythign about my mouse works right now but the mousewheel, the 3rd button works. I have a Logitech usb lazer wheel mouse. In the past I have had to put it as a IMPS/2 mouse. I'm wondering if I should to that now, if so, where/how. Thanks. Btw extremeley happy with yoper! Deleted all other os's. I've found my distro finally, lmao. :P

i had the same problem:
when it asks you, select "change configuration" then go to input/output devices, then mice, and then go to properties for the mouse. go over the i think its advanced (its the third tab) and select :enable mouse wheelCode:su - sax2
then restart and it should work.

Whoa, cool!
YEAHYE!
Not only is yopper fast, has apt-get, and worked straight from install. BUT I NEVER HAD TO EDIT ONE CONFIG FILE MANUALLY! w00t! best system... ever! Thank you so much! Now devoting at least 3 hours to learning how to develop pakages for it. It kicks to much ***.

no problem. it speeds up an older computer, but its performance really shows when you use it on a new computer. i'm glad you're enjoying yoper as much as i do!
welcome aboard
