gOS password issues
Ok, I'm having some issues with gOS accepting my password when I try to get into certain options like "Network" or "Users and Groups" (oddly enough, it still works for synaptic.) It won't work...regardless of what it is set to and how many times I change this password it simply won't take it. Here's what I've done so far...
1) Reinstalled gOS
2) Gone into Recovery mode and used the "passwd" & "passwd username" command.
3) Gone into Terminal and used the same commands as listed above.
Nothing. It continues to refuse to let me have access to my entire system. This is based off of Ubuntu Hardy Heron and I never had this problem with that OS, so I don't know why gOS is giving me this issue, but it's close to being wiped out of my system if I can't fix this soon.
Does anyone have a solution?
