    Sound on Thinkpad 600



    Hi guys

    I have Mempis kernel 2.6.27 on an IBM thinkpad 600E.

    I've tried various methods using ALSA etc trying to get the sound to work, but it just ain't happening! (I am a newbie!)

    Does anyone know what does work for this kernel on a thinkpad 600 please?

    If using AntiX 8 I had to use Aumixer to turn up the sound on my IBM T23 instead of alsamixer. Not sure about KDE Mepis though.
