    You can find lots of guides/tutorials at YouTube.

    Just go there and enter Backtrack 3 in the search box and you'll get plenty of hits.

    OK. But it is good for me if a complete tutorial of all programs in a pdf format

    you can find some apps that convert documents into pdf formats.
    Im not sure but I think backtrack3 has the app for that.
