    fedora graphics card not working


    i have the package xorg x11 noveu for nvidia chipsets installed but my nvidia is not a "noveu" its a

    i installed nvidia nvidia-96xx which worked in ubuntu, but when i rebooted my pc it wouldnt allow me to log in. hopefully, i was able to use tty2 to log in the cammand mode and uninstall it and it worked normally again, but i dont want anything like this to happen again, so can you help me get it to work?

    Which version of Ubuntu are you using? How did you install Nvidia Driver?
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
