    Puppy and RTL8185 problem?

    Puppy Linux version 5 (full installation) dual boot XP. The computer has pci wireless card with RTL8185 chip.
    Puppy freezes when I run network Wizard scan. I have to hit power button to reboot.
    The wireless device works fine on XP.
    Please help?

    googling rtl8185 linux finds:
