    Hi,

    Linux is just the Kernel, not the complete operating system including your graphical user interface. Thus we can't give you any hint if you don't tell us which desktop environment you are using.

    you should go to the website for the operating system and read the FAQ
    if the info isn't there check out the forum site of that os
    usually you can find it in the installed help files
