    Go to the local WIFI hotspot and sometimes they have machines to loan or offer some whippersnapper 2 dollars to fetch it for you. I think you might be surprised how much people are willing to help and besides all you REALLY need to carry is a USB stick to download it to.
    Or get me a list of everything you think you would like and I'll mail it to you myself. Up to one CD or DVD, your choice.

    After my new hard drive was put in my flash drive does not work anymore. My CD drive stopped working after my DVD drive got replaced.
    What I badly need is a link to download the Nouveau NV43 graphics driver.

    A friend has offered to put Gnome ppp and WVdial on a disk for me because dial up is not included in a lot of recent distros.
