Disable serial console
Hi,
I am using openWRT and I want to disable getty on serial console so that I can have an open serial port. I neither want the booting log nor I want the login.
Can anyone please help as to how to go about it?
Thanks,
Maz

I have no experience with openWRT, however on a normal Linux distribution, getty is started by init, configured in /etc/inittab. Have you looked there?

Not that I can think of, like I said, I'm not familiar with openWRT, and I suppose it launches getty in a different way than most distros. Generally that's from /etc/inittab. Maybe someone else will be able to help.
