Adding Oracle Linux to Active Directory Domain

I recently added my Oracle Linux server to our Active Directory Domain. Now when I try to log in as a new user I get several error messages.

    1. Could not update ICEauthority file /home/Domain/username/.ICEauthority

I can click close to this message then get:

    2. There is a problem with the configuration server (/usr/libexec/gconf-sanity-check-2 exited with status 256)

I can click close to that message. Then it logs me in. Once I get a Desktop up I get the following message:

    3. Nautilus could not create the following required folders /home/Domain/username/Desktop and /home/Domain/username/.nautilus

    Any suggestions?

Your Linux box is trying to read the home directory for the domain user. You can either create the home directories manually, or use some kind of remote home directory on a fileshare and use autofs to mount the home directory when each user logs in.
