I plan on installing it this weekend. I've used an older version of Netrunner and really liked it, but the new SE version claims to offer pretty decent security.

Any current distribution that supports the SELinux extensions is pretty secure, but it looks like the NetrunnerSE distribution is also aimed at providing better communications security, such as encrypted email. Do bear in mind that this is still in the "prototype" stage, so I would advise that you install it in a virtual machine and work with it - providing feedback to the development team as appropriate, until it is "ready for prime time".

So, did you install Netrunner? I've heard good things about it but would like to hear a first-hand account.
