I assume that was Compiz but can you post more detail on what "it didn't work" means? I thought that Elementary OS used Gala as it Window Manager and that Gala could animate pretty much everything. I don't use Elementary OS but I would imagine there will be options for that somewhere in a control panel.

There is nothing wrong with your English by the way.
    What do we want?
    Time machines!

    When do we want 'em?
    Doesn't really matter does it!?

Yes it was the Compiz but if i choos some effects like animatoin, window decoration, waving etc. , but if i restarted pc and booted to elementary OS everything remainded unchanged .
i heard the Compiz must be set as defauld manager or something like that.
I'm new in linux world but in past i try ubuntu but Elementary OS look better for me

That sound like you are using a LiveCD. Did you actually install Elementary OS to your hard drive? How did you do it?

Truth be told no real distro is exactly like OSX, pear came close but its dead now.
There is pinguy but I have not seen an upgrade for it in ages.

The only viable one I know of is zorin
