how have you tried to install it? We need more information.

I have only been able to install ver .97, when I attempt to install ver .99 .deb from the Debian web, I get broken packages message. I cannot find .99 using XN, only .97. I would like to be able to upgrade to .99 since it has some features I need that .97 does not have.
