I'm pretty sure Linspire uses the rpm format.I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

- 08-24-2006 #3Actually, no. Linspire is based on Debian, so it uses the DEB format. However if there are not DEB files available you should be able to convert them using alien. Are you sure there isn't an official ATI package available from Linspire, perhaps through their Click N Run application?
